Returns & Exchanges

At SuperHeroesBedding, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our super heroic home décor. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for most products.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In new, unused condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase

Making a Return

To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide instructions and details.

For approved returns, you’ll receive a Mail. You must then repackage the item carefully and ship it back within 14 days of receiving the confirmation.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.

Exchanges

Need a different size or design? We’re happy to exchange your item for another one of our superHeroes Home décor products of equal or lesser value. The same requirements for returns apply for exchanges. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Exceptions

Please note the following items are non-refundable/non-exchangeable unless received defective or damaged:

• Custom/personalized items
• Clearance/sale items
• Opened home fragrances
